Return Policy

Returns depend on the seller and product type (livestock, machinery, crops, services). Agree return conditions before paying.

For defective or misdescribed goods, contact the seller within 48 hours via messenger or phone on the listing. Keep photos and chat records.

Services (workers, drivers, vets) may be rescheduled by mutual agreement; refunds for completed work are at seller discretion unless fraud is proven.

Report serious issues to admin; we may mediate but final settlement is between buyer and seller.
